How to Order

  • If you are a reseller:
    Log into the store before adding items to your basket to receive your wholesale prices.

  • If you are a retail customer: just browse our store, select the items you want and add to basket.
  • Special Orders: Call us! We love to talk about new designs.

  • Hours: Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Central Time.
  • Products: Please be aware some items are sold in minimum quantities where indicated. Each of our products is hand-made and hand-finished. This process allows for slight variances in color and sizing. All measurements listed are approximate. Standard color for all products is Dark Bronze. Tin items can be produced with a copper or pewter color at no extra cost but extra time may be needed.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 10 business days from date of order.

Terms

Orders may be charged to your Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or shipped COD (wholesale customers only for COD). We do not require minimum dollar amounts for orders but some items do have minimum quantities.

We ship either USPS or UPS. For your convenience, we use table-based shipping. You can see the rates below.

Wholesale Customers:
We charge what UPS or USPS charges us. Obviously, because we do not require a minimum dollar amount on orders, the percentage of freight cost to the amount of an order will vary. We will contact you with the exact freight charges once you place your order. We always recommend that you fill the box so freight can be spread across several items. Returns

If you are dissatisfied with our merchandise for any reason, and it is not damaged or defective, please call use within 14 days of invoice for authorization. Returned product will incur a 15% restocking fee and no returns are allowed after 90 days of invoice. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please be sure to package the product properly to prevent damage. We cannot give credit, refunds or exchanges for product returned to us damaged. Upon receipt and verification, we will credit your credit card or issue replacement product.

Damages

If the product is damaged during shipment, please save the box and call us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier service. If the product is defective, please report this immediately so we may promptly ship a replacement product. Either way, we will have the product picked up or inform you on how to dispose of it.

Finishes

Each and very piece of the Quintana Roo product line is hand-crafted and hand-finished; nothing is machine pressed! The tin is punched inward for a smooth exterior. Using a variety of acids, we are able to achieve different colors on the tin and iron; a rich dark bronze (almost black), clear copper, soft supple pewter and golden-rubbed antique. Each piece is then lacquer coated for a beautiful finish. Due to the hand-crafted manufacturing and finish of these products, slight variances will occur that adds to their appeal!
